Read both books, but trade mindfully has really helped me transform my trading Trading in the zone actually helps with your thought process but trade mindfully will really help you as author has shared techniques to journal and breaking the bad trading habits and building good ones But they both are really amazing books I ever had read on trading psychology Thanks for recommending Clay
