This is great but in the UK we don't have the luxery of choosing an e-gift card, its either get cash or donate to charity there is no e-gift card option

I always go to my local Safeway store to cash all my coins to Coinstar when I have a Pringles chip container full of coins which I save that money to go to summer festivals like K Days and the Fringe Festival in Edmonton

Coinstar is stupid, every time I put more than 200 dollars in the machine stops, and asks to hunt down store manager, only to tell me that they will take number and call me at their convenience to retrieve my cash

I always roll my change and take it to the bank whenever I need it Covid hit hard and when I can’t make it to the bank or they’re closed early on the weekends, that’s when I’ll use coinstar It’s not ideal if you need cash because 12 adds up if you bring tons of change, but sometimes you just have to take the hit A lot of places in my town just won’t accept rolls of change

One reason it spits out coins is because if they are nickels, dimes, quarters before 1965 they are 90 silver and worth way more than face value

Just use cash cards and bitcoins Look, you even traded your years of coins in for a gift card That's basically throwing away 20 hours of your time you will never get back by handling raw cash And who knows what kinds of germs you pick up after handling that sort of thing

I know this video is 2 years old but im against the coin star I dont believe you should have to be charged money to use money I work hard for my money and i roll all my change up When i need to buy any items and im a little short on the amount i will pay the rest with rolled change I think walmart puts them coin stars in to reduce the cashiers
