السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاتهسر مین نے اپنے کلاس فیلو کو 4لاکھ روپے دیے تھے ڈیڑھ سال پہلے وہ صحافی بھی ھے اس نے مجھکو 50ہزار روپے دیے تھے باقی ساڈھے تین لاکھ بقایا تھے جو اس نے چیک دیے تھے پچاس ہزار مالیت کے سات عدد جو کے سارے ڈس آنر ہوگے ھین تو اب کون سا کیس کرون کہ پیسے واپس مل جاٸین کیون کہ پہلا چیک پچاس ہزار کا ڈش آنر ہوا تھا تو ایف آی آر کروانے تھانے گیا تو پولیس نے میری ایف آی آر غلط کر دی سادے پیج پپر پر مجھ سے دستخط لیکر صحافی کا نام تاریخ غلط لکھ دی اس کو بے گناہ لکھ دیا جس پر جج نےاس کو ضمانت دے دی ھے ساڈھےتین لاکھ روپے بقایا تھے پولیس نے چار لاکھ روپے لکھ دیے پلیز بتاٸین اب کون سا کیس کرون جس سے میرے پیسے واپس مل جاٸین

AOADear sir, i m new law student karachiMY Question for legally advise and guidance please One person booked flat on instalment from builder after clear all instalments he further same flat sale to me on sale agreement on stamp paper and he handed over the builder papers ie original flat booking application form with his pic , CNIC photo copy , and Receipt of all instalments he paid original onlybrbrPOINTS for 1 complete building plaza on 5 stories is not leased ,brbr2 All Electric meters of whole plaza are still on the name of builder since 2019, brbr3 No Gas connection provided still by Builder He received the gas connection charges at the time of flat booking from flat purchasers in 2019 but he not given the gas connections in building brbr4 Builder not giving the NOC to flat purchasers for changing the name of electric meter from the name of builder brbr5 builder not giving the sub-lease of flats to purchasers, brbrbrKINDLY ADVISE LEGALY 1How i get from builder file transfer of flat from the name of sale person to my name br br2how i change the name of electric meters from the name of builder to my name builder denying to give NOC brbr3 how i get sub lease from builderbrbr I want to sale my flat but Builder is denying to provide above mentionedfurther i come to know the builder further collecting extra Rs50000/- from each flat purchasers for gas connection which he already collected at the time of booking flats before handing over the builder papers ThanksbrbrRegards ,brbrLutfullah Memon Karachi
