Back in the late 70s in upstate NY I went to see Santana with a bunch of friends Can’t remember the exact location Anyway, Eddie Money was the opening act My recollection is that nobody expected that and everyone was primed for Carlos & the boys When Eddie came out he got booed I felt sorry for him He just did a few songs and he was good

I met The Money Man in 2000 at a club in NY he was so AWESOME! Funny as hell, and fun to be around He loves his fan, and appreciates them very much One of the coolest experiences of my life Such a humble guy, you'd never know he was a huge star in the 70's and 80's Eddie Money RULES!
