I'm leaving PNC myself I had a lot of the same issues I tried to do a wire transfer and they suspended my account for fraudbut it wasn't and they told me my account could be down for up to 45 days!!! 😡 I'm so fed up with their bogus app and surprise fees I almost got put out of my house because I couldn't pay rent this month because of this nonsensestill waiting for access to my account 🤦🏿‍♂️

I did have 3 checking accounts with PNC, and it would be $5000 for all accounts that are linked and they would not have really, a monthly fee in this case But all of a sudden, they did and for a few months, I was having fees to pay even if I do fund it It was sudden without notification-shame on them-I feel you! Though USBank has less locations, they are more fair and they don't surprise you (Too bad it rare to find them on the east coast-PNC DOMINATES)br(There are some PNC locations in CA, but they are suddenly closing to make online banking more inclusive-you'll have to search hard for them)brAlso, the apps are a bit less sophisticated as there can be better banks available I would have had more options, and they would have a better offer for a CD to open online, but the sudden fees got me,especially when I lost a card and I pay a fee for a replacement while other multi-state banks do not I do want banks with many locations, but I guess there are better than this ucky bank😒

You should know a lawyer for PNC Bank, an out of state hatchet person, stated there as nothing in their contracts that requires them to give you your money back if you ask for it brTo reitereate, PNC BANK takes your money, and, good luck, maybe you will get it back Keep this in mind when choosing your bank I have been trying for two years to get these criminal fuckfaces to return my 73 YR OLD client's $126,000, that was extracted from his account by thieves who were charge…

PNC wont let you transfer anything over $10k a day and I believe you can do this 6 times a month ( Becareful you will be charged a fee) I had to slowly close my account

I stopped watching after she complained about the monthly fees Someone didn’t pay attention to the fine print It clearly goes over the fees and what triggers them Most banks charge a fee if you don’t have a direct deposit or don’t maintain a daily minimum balance

I will never use pnc bank again when we had the pandemic they offered me three months without making a car loan but I went ahead and paid my payments during the pandemic and when I did get Covid, I missed a month of payments which I’ve always sent more more than $50 more than I owed every month for the last four years they sent me nasty letters that’s how they treat their customers and I had already made a payment of $596 well, they said I was delinquent 296, but I had seven break a week prior than 586 $298 more than I needed to and that’s how they treat their customers

I had a mortgage with them and all of the sudden they doubled my monthly payment! They forced me into escrow even though I was making insurance and tax payments separately They decided to force their insurance on me which was the highest available of course While in the process of refinancing with them I got a foreclosure letter out of the blue! I lost my house and truly HATE them

The virtual wallet thing was annoying, I think they have a grace period because when my account would drift below 500 it wouldn't fee automatically but like after 2 or 3 months of being under 500, and it would remind me to add back up to 500

I had changed my credit card from one type to another and someone had stolen the number They closed the card and got me another, and the charge I was disputing showed up on the replacement card, so I had it closed and ended up getting a third card in four months That kind of incompetence is inexcusable

Im not gonna lie i though i was the only one that had a bad experience With sorry of a bank pnc they literally tried to get one over me so my tax money of 1115 dollars came in my bank account and i took it out cause ik they will steal your money with no kind of reason and i put it in my cash app and i left 66 dollars in my account just in case and i would deposit money in my account for purchases and or to give my mom some money and i only spent around 500 and 600 tell me why i woke up in middle to my account being 1258 in the negative so that morning i tried to call customer service which took me forever cause of all the bullshit you have to go to so i tried to explain it but they was acting like they wont tryna help den the lady told since i made them purchases my account didnt fully process the purchases to i had to wait till Monday for it to clear and it still didnt clear up so i went to bank myself and they told me the most dumbest shit ever i basically got charged a fee for using my money and over drawing as if it wasnt there and made it seem like i spent their money so i said to my self im not giving a penny of my money with was mines and stopped banking with them💯cause their fraud that can take your money legally

Wow, this is the exact list of reasons why I have switched to Chase a month ago I would also add issues with international payments to the list As an immigrant, you often want to send money over to your relatives or buy a present for smb outside US online using the websites from that country So many issues with that!! Had to use my spouse's Chase card instead several times, and that typically worked without issues The last straw was seeing Chase's mobile app and online banking in comparison to PNC Much easier to use, and I haven't caught any glitches or straight out errors that I used to get with PNC software

I have been with PNC for a couple months, and I absolutely love them! 🙂 Customer service has been great, the mobile app is phenomenal and I can do what I need to do with my account(s) The website does not bother me, it looks great too me (Opinion) brPNC has been really great for me, I don't mind the $7 monthly maintenance fee, simply because Virtual Wallet is great - I love the combined: Spend, Reserve, & Growth :) brI've had one issue, and it was resolved quickly and in a timely manner

At least they let you close yours I have been trying to close my business account for over 1yr & they have refused to close it unless I pay that $10 fee Last month was my last month that I am willing to allow them to force me to pay them money Why should I pay them more money to close an account that I have been trying to close for over 1yr They are the worst bank for business banking
