Try my other methods if they also does't work You have to format your hard drive Externally, you will loose your files Or you can manually open your c drive using another computer and save your document and format it ( You have to take out your hard disk from computer)

Tried this, but no luck Used f12 to get to boot options Chose USB option Next screen gave option to bypass normal boot but at that point, no input from keyboard would work, any button just gave loud beeping error noise So I tried shutdown and reboot but on second try and other tries, USB boot option had disappeared completely Finally restored from backup but system still screwy Got Desktop but no downloads would work Put full Hitmanpro on flash to execute which fixed final symptoms

Worked great I had to run it in safe mode because the virus wouldn't let it boot, just go in safe mode with drive installed

Its not an anti-virus, its basically a second-opinion, meaning it wont protect against viruses it will only kill them, Its like a fire, its all ready happened, you just stopped the fire, but it could always happen again, which of course you can just use hitman pro again to get rid of it, just use MicroSoft Essentails, it has a built in firewall *its not the greatest* but it will still work, just use Hitman pro when you want to scan for viruses/

How do I know which is the virus? Some say hkcmdexe, igfxtrayexe,sendoritrayexeigfxpersexe most of them are under widows, program files, sytem 32, so im nkt sure whether rhey are in the right place ans are the viruses or not Thanks for the help

i got this and was terrified so i did a system restore without safe mode or even restarting the computer it seemed to work because after the system restore the virus screen was gone and i can use the browser does this mean the virus is completley gone? also, does the system restore work to remove the virus even if not in safe mode? it seemed to for me someone please get back to me!
