I had this come up on my phone ,I was locked out of my phone for 3 days and a little freaked I was able to get around it by going to my gmail account and wiping my phone It' s worked fine ever since

you may have to use recovery windows cd/dvd or do it on usb flash drive somehow

You can also use " Repair Your Computer " other than live cd , if you can't boot into safe mode NOTE: " Repair Your Computer " is NOT available on some windows vista or windows 7 computer , this option cannot be completed on windows xp

Guys, I would like to note that this virus exist in many forms, my laptop was infected by this exact same virus about 2 months ago that posed as the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police), so the virus will fake whatever authority exist in your region

I got this FBI alert a week ago It scared me half to death I thought I was in serious trouble So I did what the instructions said I sent them 1,000 dollars I went to Wallgreens and I loaded a Greendod moneypak card for 1,000 dollars like they asked I put the numbers in and they said there was a malfunction and to resend the money I checked with the Green dot account and it said the money had been transfered successfully Now I cant get my 1,000 dollars back and my PS is still blocked
