So what I get from this is that it really is about a very delicate balance between the smartest guy in the room, as well as a shared collective understanding that systems thinking and cooperation between people and ideas is the way to go? The "smartes" guy in the room should be concerned about the collective and the collective should be aware of that the smartes person in the room is somewhat a bit more important to listen to than some? I often find duality between oposites intersting to explore I am not advocating for indivualism over systems, just finding the balance between those two important Comment from : @hcpiano |
