You should partner with BILT for the home buying process May be slightly biased but would be beneficial to walk new home buyers through the benefits of BILT in that process and the rewards that would come from using them

I'm using it more for most of my purchase and reducing use of my Apple Card Apple card support is terrible and they don't report your payments to the credit bureaus on time, so my credit score keeps getting dinged Also, the cash back on it is lousy

Capping rent day points, getting rid of the rent day game and having a card with no foreign transaction fees that doesn’t actually work in foreign countries will keep this card in the sock drawer

Bilt talked its way out of my wallet when they started introducing 500-1k point caps and nerfing their product Not worth going out of my way for an extra 12k points a year They claimed they introduced caps to make rent days better but so far all I've seen since doing it is transfer bonuses at half of what they used to offer a year ago Too bad they can't afford to have a rent day transfer bonus to hyatt or united

I use mine for dining occasionally, and linked it to my Alaska card to pay rent through that and earn 3X miles I have several other cards linked to it to earn Bilt points with Bilt dining restaurants even when I pay with other linked cards I will say I’d use the card itself more if it earned a bit more or was easier to earn status Their limited transfer partner bonuses (which only apply on rent day) make it hard to earn outsized value That being said it has a core place as part of my setup and I wouldn’t cancel it since it helps with my other strategies

I love the Bilt card and am often surprised how few CC YouTubers mention using it as their main dining card even when running a UR/Hyatt points-oriented system! Easy way to hit 5 transactions per month to lock in the points on rent, and sometimes I get surprise bonus points when I unintentionally eat out at Bilt dining partners

100 it’s possible, but can be very hard finding an agent that will reimburse with cash unless you have a close friend or family etc as you said you have, so that’s good!brbrI had assumed BILT took a part of the commission and paid out to you in pts, but does seem to come from that marketing spend InterestingbrbrMakes me want to switch my brokerage over to EXP so I can start helping folks get a house and pts 😂😂😂brbrGood stuff as usual Daniel!
