I am in total agreement with every single point in the video I lost my wife more than 26 years ago when I was 48 and brought up my two boys who were 17 and 11 at the time of her death I am about to touch 75 I enjoy my personal time on my own terms pursuing my varied interests including health care, cooking special recipes, singing and enjoying music, travel and so on My boys are well settled and I enjoy my time with my granddaughtersbrAs long as a person understands the difference between depressing loneliness and liberating solitude and opts for the latter, the old age will always be a gold age
