There is something wrong going on with WISE br16 days ago now on December 23rd, 2024 I made 2 transfers and hasn't been processed yet as per today Jan 9th , 2025 br brBy reading comments of other WISE current and former users in social media it seems like for the last few months WISE is undergoing through some kind of transition or pressure which is causing a trend of delays and discomfort to many of its users now including me

Warning: On September 6, 2024, I sent 110 euros to Germany via the Wise app On September 9, I received a message about depositing money to the recipient's account However, on August 1, the German bank reported that no money had been deposited into that account from Wise I called Wise and asked them to follow up on the amount Unfortunately, without any apology for the fake payment slip they sent me on September 9, they claimed that due to lack of documents, the money was not deposited and the amount is still available in their bank account The delay in this payment caused problems in my purchase process and now I no longer wish to continue working with Wize brInterestingly, to refund the money to the same account I paid from, they ask for more documents and claim that the documents are missing This is shameless theft How is it that when I signed up for their program and verified my identity online, the documents were sufficient to transfer the money to them, but suddenly it is incomplete to return the same amount to my account? brThe irresponsibility of Wise staff in handling the disappearance of the amount in their system is quite remarkable

Which means if they have fees hidden on the exchange rates, they are not giving you full disclosure and lying to you and stealing off you, and that's exactly what it is

I was told Wise do not charge fees but I am a new customer and loaded my currency (Australian) and Indo rupiah by transferring from my bank account and was charged fees both times by you? Regarding the digital cards, do they have a 16 digit number like a credit card? For example, if I'm purchasing some airfare in Thai Baht, I'll need to put in the 16 digit card number along with expiration date and CVV Do they work just like physical card in that regard?
