With dream PC in 2004 you expect to have 1280*1024, or 1600*1200 monitor Monitor 1600*1200 has approx same pixel count as FHD 1920*1080 480p target resolution is nonsence for 2004 It's TechPowerUp recomendation from much later date, when this card was already obsolete
