I pastor a church of about 600 members and growing and it’s hard find the balance of work and time with key leaders let alone church members I want to be with people one on one and love on them but I’m struggling as we grow I’m thinking the key is training my leaders to spend time with others as well but not sure Any suggestions from anyone? my boss tried to build a bond with me well he was a very nice person and I respect him and l love how friendly he was but I took the job to learn what its like to have a job I never wanted to continue my job and I never once let him build a proper connection cuz deep down I knew I am gonna leave the job as soon as my contract is over I learned some valuable lesson and the work place was really good I guess he watched this video I think there needs to be both you need to know them but not be too invovolved I personally like to keep my bubble tight when someone tries to be too friendly that feels intrusive to me I like professionalism so a balance is definitely needed Comment from : @NURYT |
