There are some Dean, Epiphone and Ibanez acoustic electric guitars that are under $500 that I would choose before that one Its still a nice looking guitar but I prefer cutaways 😊👍🏻

Unless he is talking about the top just being rosewood, which in that case, is awesome I've just used spruce tops and non-lamimate sides/back (mahogany, rosewood, etc)

Yeah but even in the Epiphone lineup I got a 2020 Epiphone hummingbird performer pro for 499 It has a solid spruce top with X bracing, and solid back and sides Way better tone when it's a solid wood guitar However to each their own Yeah its a few dollars more but technically sale price is still under 500 Not after taxes but still Now if you can find one because its a limited edition run they are under that price Some still go over because they understand its a limited edition guitar One day could be worth a lot of money
