Thank you soooo much for your video! Surrogacy is an essential matter for me now as I am, actually, in the process (me and my hb are IPs from UK) and we are waiting for our lovely baby to be born in December this year in Ukraine from our surrogate So, we've already faced many problems but I think we're gonna have them more in the end when all paperwork should be done!

the benefits thing is silly, I mean I can understand they don't want you to double dip, by which I mean using money from IPs to pay for healthy food when benefits are also supposed to be helping you pay for that, but they shouldn't be able to declare something as income when if it were income it's illegal, they should be making you pay it back to the IPs or prosecuting you or something not just docking benefits The one thing I do understand is taking a holiday, if the partner is on jobseekers allowance they can't be jobseeking whilst on holiday, though why jobseekers aren't allowed the occassional break I do not know
