Both HFCs and large Real estate companies can raise money from the market So, the cost of a flat is not related to sales proceeds This allows the builders not to sell at lower prices, no matter what

I work with one of India's biggest IT co as manager For buying home I just asked for 5Lacs loan, for which as per rule hedging property of 50 lacs But i failed to get it because all banks are asking hefty processing fees, hedging cost as well as compulsory insurance being single borrower which adds 1 Ultimately home loan was coming at same cost as personal loan I took personal loan which does not require hedging etcbrAddition to your explanation, home loans are never risky whether borrower is earning or not It is associated with hedging of higher valued asset
