Meet in Private , Assign tasks for greater responsibility and higher self esteem, No threats , think of their behavior as a growth mindset mentality Comment from : @Unimabdalla |

I like your approach however nobody want to stay after class to listen to you and concentrate they just wanna go home Beside, you want to solve the problem asap I know every teacher has hi her won way to find the right time I would pull the two students involved to the back of the class and speak in a soft calm matter This will show that you are calm and in control Comment from : @Shinebright-by9dh |

Worst advice ever!brbr1 Identify the (usually) one or two disruptive studentsbrbr2 Kick them out of the classbrbrDone!brbrMy maximum ejection from a class is four Now my reputation for bzero tolerance/b is well established and I only very occasionally have to eject anyone from my class Numerically, it's dropped to maybe a couple of incidents per termbrbrI don't shout, I don't abuse (A lot of female teachers use shaming language, I notice, which is pretty terrible As a man, I find that horrific) My main punishment is moving the student to another seat in the classroom, but I also take them to just outside the door and in low tones, deliver a longish sermon whilst keeping an eye on the rest of the class Comment from : @7ebr830 |

Thanks again Adriana! My Russian friends asked me to thank you in Russian on their behalf so Спасибо it’s pronounced spasiba but A bit like spassiba anyway we thank you again and the mom have another question! She asks: is it right for the child to be told for example : darling! What are YouTube would you like to go on a walk with mommy and daddy? Or: Love can we turn off YouTube for a second? Mommy and daddy want to bake with you: is this right? That’s what they want to know and they are so glad they turned to you! They said you are a lifesaver! H they said it was probably the child would still be afraid of being discriminated if I hadn’t asked you for help! Comment from : @Masha-nk1xf |

Thanks again for helping us Adri! My Russian friends are doing better! The mom and dad still have a question! The child is doing better but she still says that she regrets ever thinking that that YouTube group was ever good but the mom and dad want to know if it is right of them to tell their daughter that she shouldn’t be on YouTube and basically if either they have to tell her not to do it or either they have to suggest her how to pass the time in another way but they are doing so much better thank you again! You are wonderful and we thank you so much for your help! Comment from : @Masha-nk1xf |
