Mr Victor please I need clarification brI applied for commonwealth scholarship under it I applied to university of Stirling brI have been given admission already but I just received a mail to pay deposit I thought is commonwealth scholarship that will pay all fee once I qualify Is there any penalty if I don't pay the deposit and wait for commonwealth?
