And just so you know I found you again through a search for the frito-lays scam and the mistake I made was that I let them know that they're wix email address looked as fake as possible and there's no way in hell did it come from dot Frito Lay's snacks

Before cashing any check you can verify the routing numbers or have the bank verify the check and they can tell you if it's valid But if you just deposit without validating, and it's fraudulent your accounts will end up being frozen

I did not know that car wrap scams existed until two years agobrbr I was talking with my nephew and somehow or another we got on the subject of scams I told him about what I do scam baiting) and there’s so many scams out therebrbrHe began to tell me that he found something that said that he can get paid $600 a month for having the Budweiser logo on his car At the time I had never heard of such thing I mentioned to him about scams He decided to play along with the scammer and the scammer sent him a check that exceeded the amount he was supposed to have gotten paid brbrThe scammer told my nephew to cash the check at the ATM and send the balance to him Of course this is a typical check scam But because I told my nephew about scams, he decided to come up with various excuses as to why he had not cashed the check Eventually, the scammer got tired and stopped contacting himbrbrIf I had not told my nephew about the other scams that I know of, he would have been out thousands of dollars

Just seen this vid for the first time Not sure about the maths!! John (the scammer) says Ben can bank cheque $2870, keep $650 which would leave $2220 for the car wrapper Yet the cheque is made out for $2970 Ben states keeping his $650 fee leaves $2240! My maths show it to be $2320! Not wanting to be overly critical but at 9:48 mins Ben refers to the cheque which is spelt 'chrck' I assume this is an incorrect spelling for the word 'check', which in fact is the wrong pronunciation anyway Sorry Ben but this must have been one of your off day's!!

I know a guy that fell for this scam except the person overpaid for his car he had for sale on Craig’s list and he sent the scammer the money long story short he gets cops called on him he didn’t get in trouble but he had to pay back well over $2000 back to the bank

Got scammed when I was a dumb teenager who just got out of bootcamp I thought I was buying tires, the guy sent a cashiers check to me for like 2300 and said to send back the change and keep the price of the tires Well I was stupid and cashed the check and sent him the money back The bank overdrafted me but I didn't have any money in that account since it was new so I just switched banks and Bank of America never came after me for that money I got scammed out of It was Christmas a few days till Christmas when this happened also
