The info about the camera is nonsense That is a Riga Minox the first minox built Correct that they weren't all used as spy cameras, butthey most certainly often WERE used by spies It was one of the most common spy cameras in that day The spy museum in DC has a lot of info on their history and use as spy cameras brThey aren't necessarily worth a fortune because there are a bunch out there, but they are super cool, relatively rare, and could definitely have been used by a spy I have that exact one and a more modern version and i actually use to take pictures with it! You can still buy the film for them
