Your presentation opened my eyes when you speak, don't focus on yourself, focus on the other person and the result you want to achieve I will keep that in mind and try to live the message in my life and work place I am Korean and have been learning English more than a decade, but I am still struggling on the point you mentioned worst thing is this really shut down my brain and even my mouth English is communication tool but what would it mean if I don't speak out?
