Thank you for sharing such vital information I am 60 years old I recently acquired life insurance One policy for 20k and another for 40k I am researching my options for down the road You guys have explained a lot of things in it's simplicity to the degree that I can understand it I will subscribe because there's so much to absorb I am a retired truck driver due to disability I have grandkids and I would like to be able to help out when they start college or not I'm not a scholar, but I read with comprehension I feel if I can stay with you, I will learn what I need to take care of what I'm trying to do I'm not trying to get rich I just want financial security I've just learned how to keep my bank from being in the negative 🤣🤣 But life is a learning experience Thank you, and I look forward to seeing you both in the future Roderick Holcombe

Can you talk about how your policy is structured how long you’ve been paying premiums in order to get you DB high enough so that your cash value is large enough to do real estate deals? What your premiums are? I mean these are the things that actually matter, it’s easy to sway people when they just think they will have 100k tomorrow, when really most of us will only be doing like 10k per year and will have to wait many many years to ever do anything like what you’re talking about

As far as knowledge goes, I am a "non licensed" electrician, plumber, carpenter, HVAC Tech, however, even with all that knowledge, if I went the route of using a whole life policy to bracquire borrowing power, it would take a significant amount of premium/deposit within that policy to give me the amount of OPM to purchase a "property" even a mobile home to flipbrEven though I could find a licensed individual to pull permits, while doing the work myself, and pay that person some nominal fee to carry out the legal permitting for renovations, it wouldbrtake several deals to scale up the process, pay back loans, and along the way, contracts for purchase of properties, and many other legal matters would have to be paid to someone who brhas the knowledge, and licensure to carry out those transactions, so I would have to pay a real estate lawyer, or risk getting into some legal issue, if I tried to do it myself How can I brdo this without risking messing up the deal through some legality which may arise, ie home owners insurance legalities I am just pointing out that whether hands on, or hands off brthere is a risk of the deal going wrong, and being on the hook for the loan, which did not net me a profit Not saying this doesn't work, but this also may require you as the borrowerbrknowing contract law, and the lien process, and other "legal" processes to ensure that deals are financially beneficial to a high degree of certainty, i e there is still risk involved

Maybe you can speak to the fact that you can only borrow from the premium that was already paid and how some insurance companies don't allow you to borrow the first year
