Things English say:brbr1 Yes, its sweets or sweeties 🍬 br2 Trousers or Joggingsbr3 In England apartments and flats are different, so we say bothbr4 Again, we say both but manly pubbr5 I have hear people say trash can (including me 😅) but yes, we normally say binbr6 I say toilet all the time, so does my family I think ‘loo’ is weird and posh?br7 Yeah I say motorway, and I think others in England do toobr8 Again, this is true we say rubber and normally NEVER say eraser but we do say ‘erase’ and ‘rub out/rub’br9 Nappy is something we say much more than diaper, I have never heard an English person say diaper unintentionallybr10 I definitely say subway or train station more And so does my mum/family So I don’t really know about that one, but I would say we say underground, subway, and train station together

It’s crazy that there’s multiple dialects in England, no hate to the creator, but I find it really annoying that 1 of the hundreds, maybe even thousands of different accents the UK, is labelled as a ‘British accent’
