Good Evening everyone it is a blessing working with the clients and their family I enjoy my 25years as a Direct care worker I work with different agencies I advance myself in this field 1 thing I learned in this field if you are in it for the money don't do it you're going lose God don't like ugly so do it from the heart and with love you don't have to be born with a health issue things happen to people in life So don't no one life granted it's a beautiful career trust me I learned how to take care of my wife before she passed on she also worked in this field before she went blind and having other health issues she stayed at work she loved her guys and work

After educating children in the classroom for over 22 years, it’s a breath of fresh air to try something different but to stay in the field of serving families and educating their children It has always been my passion to serve others , especially for those children with special needs

As a mom of 3 children with developmental disabilities, I have worked in group homes for 4 years on the direct support side but I wanted to do more to help children and help others Working in the human services field I have decided to change my career from wanting to be a US Marshal or SWAT officer to now going to school and getting my PhD and my BCBA certification No matter what it takes I'm giving 110 in my career and family life goals I have a interview tomorrow and I'm excited
