One of the thing I realized late was making sure your watching the right video’s because I’ve been trying to learn a language for many years now and have seen dozens of videos on how to learn the language and courses and I have only found 3 ones through out that time that have seriously impacted my language learning one of which has nothing to do with learning a language I have realized over time its not about the quantity but about the quality of the content your watching I think this might be one of the good ones

I would not advice use Duolingo to begin with, only as a means to practice once you know the basics as it does not explain anything to you like the alphabet or proper sentence structures It just throws you in there and expects you to guess things Use it as a practice tool not a learning tool

I think my biggest problems with learning a foreign language (I'm learning Italian and Spanish) is the masculinity and femininity of objects, as well as the fact that action words have different variations depending on who you're talking about (for example, he eats is lui mangia and I eat is io mangio)
