Maybes things have changed some 11 years later but here in the UK if I buy 1 kilo's worth of 1oz silver Britannia's I will pay £105716 If I buy the 1 kilo coin I pay £1224 That is an extra £16688brbrThe spot price for a 1 kilo coin is currently £72884 That is a whooping £49516 premium(mind you that does include the 20 VAT we pay on new silver) No way are you going to get that money back unless the spot price goes up to £40 an ounce

I bought a 1 ounce Koala for $783, and just four months later I saw the exact same coin sell for $1025 Not that I have any interest in selling it, it’s a beautiful coin with some really exquisite craftsmanship If all goes according to my plans, my Grandbabies will end up dividing up my Precious Metals at some point in the future, and hopefully they will enjoy this Koala as much as I do

Iv just got a 1kg QB Completer due to finish off my 2oz QB series, I would have preferred a 10oz version, same size as the 10oz QBs in the seriesbrIv had 1kg kooks before, when silver was a gift, so I do know what to expect

I just bought a 1 kilo Koala for $800, at $22 spot Love the coin, heaviest coin I've ever held I know the history of silver and I'm not under any illusion that my silver holdings will outperform my stocks in the long run but I enjoy holding some silver coins

Dont know the laws in USA but in Europe you must pay VAT (usually 20-23) when buying any precious metal except gold So buying Silver is bad "investment" (it's not investment it's a securing of your wealth from inflation) because you paying 21 to the government

Have been thinking about buying a specific kilo but I cant make up my mind There’s this Aztec kilo, I’m sure you know it The 2017 ‘normal’ has the same price as the antiqued version Problem is, the normal one has a mintage of 500 and the antiqued versio a mintage of a 1000 But I like the antiqued one much more, will enjoy it more, think it looks cooler but I wanna keep my options open when it would come to selling in the future What do you think? Just bought one of these the other day, ($630, by credit card) Super excited Silver has gone up since the day I bought it! I plan on collecting all the kilo coins too, but other than that, it's 100oz bars 50-50 cents over spot In the end, chances are, you'll end up selling it at melt price so 100oz bars are pretty killer too I feel like my timing is perfect!
