Nice trick with the turretI have done this before with special purpose machines Usally with live tooling though Less than 3" of travel though? All the expensive gear is there just the base size could have been increased for very little expense to make the machine somewhat more useful

I would LOVE to have CNC for turning small brass fittings and adapters I bet this summer I paid $00 JUST for small fittings and adapters putting a custom "Fuel Delivery System" and a Holley EFI system my work truck
