Thank you so much! I was at the scale and they made me put a new tire on and the guy wanted a lot of money over $200 to come out and put my spare on and I watched your video and, it was the vice grips that made it work! For the life of me I could not put the tire on the rim but with the vice grips I got it done I appreciate you!

as a tire guy I don't understand these comments some tires (especially rusted ones) can be super rough sometimes with beads and peels a peel like this is tricky but saves time and if you are having a tire guy come put and do it for you it saves money, not having to torque the wheel I live in Calgary and work in the area I see a ton of different vehicles and tires these dump trucks are standard but as it is said "worry about the small guys" those tires, can be tough

I love these comments discriminating this video For one it's a 5 min tutorial video doesnt say anything about speed run Second those are the correct tools to manually remove a tyre and especially in a commercial use vehicle And third mrlaugh face thumbs down guy Based off your picture I would love to see you attempt to do this and not break a nail This is a great video to show you the basics of removing a 225r commercial tyre

More like 15-20 minutes, plus that was already off the beed prior to cause hardly any truck tire breaks down with little hits like that All that aside , I just remove the wheel im working on even if it is an outside dual, just easier and quicker for me and a lot better control especially on 110 degree days , noone likes to wipe sweat while pure soap is on your hands
