NGC,Obviously you're better filling out and understanding NGC submission forms than I'll ever be, I found their formulations like reading a Danny Kaye comedy script, use this tier for this coin, that tier for that one, if it's 1955 don't use that, if its older than 55 put it down here, I'll tell you who ever came up with this nonsense worked for the US government I kid you not, those submission forms need to be streamlined and that's an understatement great video Comment from : @drake8065 |
