I grew so much using a commentary! I chose John MacArthurs single volume commentary, it was fantastic! Also, I liked the Believer’s Bible Commentary! I have heard so many people say ,”that’s cheating!” I think that is so wrong! We can lean from people who understand the cultures, language and connect the entirety of the Word! Why would you think that resource would not be good?

A great book to read is Anchored in the Truth of Theology by David Hensley Excellent 12-week Bible study about God, faith, sin, and salvation that aims to teach the core aspects of the faith to newcomers as well as Christians who simply want to learn more about those four topics

Yes, certainly agree that the Bible dictionary (shown in this presentation) is the BEST/ complete version, i have ever seen, to date It is totally worth the money and will pay for it's self when you need additional information on a bible topics I also believe that the Tompson Study Bible or Commentary Bible are great too By having the correct tools are the key to understanding and unlocking key points that are not so easily to understand

I use the Strong's Exhaustive Concordence with the King James Version Strong's gives you the Hebrew and Greek word definitions A Bible commentary is not needed Have the Holy Spirit teach you as you study the word of God, John 16:13,14, I John 2:27
