This is so brave and generous It is true it is really hard to admit that it just isn't working and that perhaps you just can't make it work without making extraordinary sacrifice (and for what?) I felt that this video was honestly way too vague to really have an opinion Everything he said needed more contextbrWe don't know if he failed to identify his audience first and therefore the concept was misaligned with market trendsbrOr This idea failed because of poor execution which could be SO SO many reasons So was it just a bad idea or was it mismanaged? No ideabrAll we know is that this endeavor cost the man 60K and he has to take it on chin

What u r experiencing is a moment for pivoting This is v common in the startup world Basically, ur app either doesn't pick up the traction or if it is having some traction, but it is not yet reaching the product market fit A v acceptable response in general for this kind of circumstances is to pivot the strategy, not the ultimate vision Anyway, im wishing u all the best As a wise entrepreneur, once told, a startup nvr fails, only their founders quit! The first company I started failed I gave away 50 of the business to a partner even though I was doing all the work This time around, things are completely different—I’m on the verge of closing my first round of funding with an investor So, what changed?brbrInstead of jumping straight into building, I first gathered a use case by messaging brands and pitching my idea This helped me gain traction and interest early on, allowing me to shape the MVP based on what people actually wanted That focus on listening paid off—I secured attention from Fortune 500 and 1000 companies, which in turn caught the interest of an investor I also sought professional advice, working with a lawyer to draft essential agreements (NDAs, shareholder agreements, etc) and found a mentor who provides constructive feedback and valuable resourcesbrbrDuring my first venture, the advice I got was focused on superficial goals: “Imagine the big office, the car, and the money” Now, my mindset is completely different I think about solving problems, becoming the kind of leader I want to be, rewarding employees, and scaling from 0 to 10 customers and beyond It’s been a transformative experience, and it’s made all the difference

I am from India and I started my first business with 41000 pound and it fails and the second business I started with 17500 pound and that’s also fail but I didn’t give up every failure is a great lesson for me but in my 3rd try I started my londery business with 40k pounds and it become successful later on I iron the clothes and also open dry clean facility for people and now I have 15 million British pound in my bank account

90 of startups never find product market fit Out of the rest that do, 42 percent still fail Failure in the startup world is the NORM not the exception Successful founders often only succeed after multiple attempts Being afraid of failure in the startup world is synonymous with "being afraid of success" You have to learn how to fail before you can succeed Working at a FANG company is a much better ROI, but for many startup founders and entrepreneurs, never trying is even worse than failure Don't forget you learn a TREMENDOUS amount being a startup founder and while it is painful, it could also be rewarding Tech companies will look favorably upon your resume if you do decide this journey is not for you
