Some of those short elbows will knock you back especially those that come from bermese boxing 🥊! My gracie jujitsu coach showed me an elbow to the chest that sent me back about 3 or 4 steps He ways 150 im 6'2" and over 230 Comment from : @Ezekiel-rv3pe |
