I used it all the time, it was on practically 24/7 Especially in lockdown 129" 2O21, iPad Pro I didn't have a telly, because I don't like TV I played music on it, watched a lot of YouTube, & did my art on Pro Create with Apple Pencil 2 This was, until Apple Pencil broke I also got married, had 2 family bereavements, moved house, & got an M3 max MacBook Pro, 16" I do miss the art, and creative stuff has stopped I need to save up for a new one, because I do miss it However, there were a lot of other priorities Also went back to work iPad still works, and I still haven't gotten round to replacing the pencil It doesn't often get used When it is, it's only for listening to music, audiobooks and YouTube podcasts But tbh, I even do that more on the MacBook If I had a working pencil, iPad would likely be in my hands now, on Pro Create Its Sunday and appalling weather in UK, those are the times to do those types of hobbies

I’m currently on my iPad mini to write this, and it’s the perfect size for reading, watching content, and typing out comments like this I also have a 10-inch iPad, but it’s just too big for most tasks—really only useful as a second screen when I’m at a coffee shop with my laptop The mini, though, has become my go-to for so much because of its portability and ease of use!

So my MacBook was purchased when the m2 chip came out, it is specked with top of the line performance upgrades I used it and loved it Recently I purchased the iPad Pro 129 m2 version, Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil I use it far more than the MacBook While it does have some minor things it cannot do that the MacBook can, and while I will agree that compared to my MacBook the battery life is dismal, I must say that I use the iPad 95 of the time over the MacBook, and when I do use the MacBook the iPad is open and fully synced which enhances the experience for both But, I cannot agree that simply because those you know and you yourself hardly use your iPad, that this would equate to most people Most people use the iPad far more than the MacBook if they have both

I literally just downsized from a 129 inch iPad Pro to the 11 inch iPad Air, no regrets, absolutely love the size However, I have owned an iPad mini since they first came out I currently have the iPad mini 6 and I am looking forward to the seven coming out sometime this October! I will be trading in my six for a mini seven immediately I think by far the iPad mini is the most fantastic model ever It’s so versatile and it’s so portable, I just throw it in my purse and go

The thing with tablets is that you need to have a use for them And which one you want is determined by your use case brbrMy 83 year old mother has an iphone and an ipad She have never used a computer, but after my dad died she had to find something she could understand brMy 11 year old kid has one posession he loves more than anything, and that is his ipadbrbrBut the latter one is getting old now, so I am in the marked for an ipad air for him It is a better tablet, and he doesn't need the pro featuresbrbrI don't either need pro features, all I wanted was a large tablet So I bought a used ipad pro 129 I read a lot of documention and I find it so much more natural to browse through PDFs using my hands than on my laptop Plus they are available all the time when I work like having a book next to me Plus it is natural to draw diagrams and do brainstorming, to browse through my photo library and do some work on those etc

I have had my iPad Mini 6th Gen (and Apple Pencil 2nd Gen) since August last year, and as a full time college student it has been nice using it for taking notes and playing games/watching content/browsing the web when I’m not in class I also like to use it when doing homework too I have a 13” M1 MacBook Pro (2020 Release) and though I broke the screen on it, with my IPad mini I barely use the Mac anyways I do still plan on getting a newer 14” MacBook Pro (holding out for the M4 Generation) eventually to replace my 13” M1 MacBook Pro, I will probably still be using my iPad a lot (I also have a Pixel 6a, that barely gets used when I use my iPad haha)

Ive had an ipad pro 129 inch and I personally love it I don't have a laptop, only a PC at home, so the ipad acts as a semi laptop while also being very versatile (a "laptop" in class, a tablet when on the go it serves as a note taker, entertainment, artistic medium, etc) I cannot really picture myself with a laptop on its own anymore

I got my wifey an iPad mini a month ago and she’s been using it LIKE CRAZY for her school and work The pen is really useful for her (I see how it also helps her handwriting look more legible)brWe thought about getting the pro, but that would be too big for her to take out of her bag while on the go It’s close to the size of 2 iPhone 14 Pro (not max) side by side, so the size isn’t drawing too much attention On top of that, the size of the mini perfectly is complimented by the size of the pen so it doesn’t look out of place size wide compared to each other brbrI absolutely recommend the mini over the other options

Our household has no TV at home Instead, each of us has their own iPads to watch what we want, including foreign language content as we are a mixed international family living in the UK Over the years, dad has used an iPad Pro of various generations and hands it down since 2018 when it’s time to upgrade and so most of us use these Mum and dad have an iPad Pro each, eldest child has legacy iPad Pro from years ago and youngest has regular iPad When we want to watch something as a family, we use an iPad Pro 129 M1 and turn the volume up (and it is loud!) Every single day, into the evening TV can be watched whilst emails can be answered, homework can be done, and games can be played Our iPads are one of our main tech possessions, next to our iPhones of course

I use my 129 iPad Pro all the time because I have an office in a place with no internet access I am in an airplane hanger, no internet, so I need to use cellular, and vs using a phone as a hotspot the big iPad Pro is the best choice If I had internet I would use a laptop But if there is no internet access other than cellular, like a mobile office or my scenario there is a place for it
