So now I am a Substitute Teacher and when I search for a job, all the special education jobs are required to have a special education certificate, how can I get that certificate please?

Tough to ensure students are getting, and using, their accommodations while distance teaching/learning You really have to rely on the in-home adult to make sure the students are getting what you are providing

It's only about laws right nowdefinitely not about many of the kids Principals seem to want to make sure we cover curriculum as per federal and state laws Doesnt matter if ALL the kids parents are essential workers and it's a sibling or caretaker sitting with the kid Just to put something on Google Classroom seems to satisfy state lawNevermind the kid that needs maximum physical assistance But we try something right??!! The SLPs seem to have some stuff togetherand I canvas the web daily to find stuff for my beauties
