yeah, same thing happened to me I had Chase for 15 years with no issues, I got a letter in mail to close all the account before certain date and I’m banned from Chase We have done nothing suspicious in the account and just direct deposit was coming every week from my job One thing I can think of is we invested in crypto so we did made some transfer to crypto exchange accounts Apparently they don’t like it when you transfer money from their bank to digital money This is very shady business and unlawful, it doesn’t give them any right to do that without legitimate reason They didn’t give me any reason for closing even I asked So I closed all my accounts and opened with another bank with no issue It seems they are closing accounts that transfer to crypto exchange accounts is not right or legal Comment from : @QualityPrinting2
