Not sure if it's the same in Italy or not, but when I went to Germany I was told the same thing about the ATMs in the street The conversion rates were higher to basically rip you off bc ATMs that are "holes in the wall" are there for convenience and that's pretty much it But the conversion rates in banks were different, if you take out over a certain amount (I think over 200€ but I don't remember specifically how much) Only down side is you do end up carrying more cash on you around busy streets in an unknown area Completely your choice what you do, just sharing something I think could be useful 🙂 Comment from : @ThreesACrowd321 |
