Maybe if you refund aftera few hours is normal but, if it's been more than a day and you can refund the payment, this doesn't make sense paypal should fix this

Bro I just sent 150$ to the wrong person I clicked on the account and it says “ made 2 transactions in 3 years “ and the two transactions are me sending the 150$ and requesting the 150$ back I highly think the account I sent it too is inactive obviously I messaged support for the refund and they can’t let me since I sent it to “ family and friends “ so now I lost 150$ can you please help me that was every cent I have till pay day 6-23-22 9:26pm Thank you
