I'm here because i took a 2 day break and my exams are so close, its not that i don't like studying its that i have adhd, my mind wanders around and its so hard to bring myself back to reality, i enjoy the dopamine i get from daydreaming but i also know it will have terrible consequences, ones that will depress me, i spent 6 months studying and now I'm tired i just want to get this over and done with

Well, the problem with that is that you can’t really remember all the content of a 6-hour study session The best way is to dedicate 1 hour of study per day every day in a specific subject I mean, for those who spend hours watching social media, using 1 hour to study every day is like nothing, but in the long run it makes a lot of difference

From my 5 years of experience: The only problem with this is that it says 5 minutes of "fun" which makes it more difficult to come back to studying, and much easier to leave the session and go for the break The goal is to make studying itself enjoyable, which can only be happen if we do activities that are " less fun" and stimulating than studying So no music, sugar, scrolling in those 5 mins Instead, streching, walking talking, or drinking water/coffee are always better alternatives
