There's a tremendous air being made in this claim that practice makes perfect without the genetics in the beginning it won't matter how much you practice if you don't have the proper genetic makeup you'll never succeed no matter how long you practice you can never make someone be a world-class Sprinter by practicing or a world class weightlifter by practicing it's in the genetics that they have that are gives them the ability through practice that they are able to perform that's something you overlook and you're very misleading with your practice makes perfect idea it's genetics it starts with your gene pool😊

To effectively practice anything, it's important to concentrate consistently I learned that, I need to focus on what needs to be done immediately Additionally, I learned that on average, people can only concentrate for about 6 minutes at a time, which was surprising to me In the future, I will eliminate distractions to focus better on my studies (10409 안지형)

In my studies of neurology, repetition encourages new neuronal growth forming new connections, thus hard-wiring the brain This takes a minimal of 6 weeks to 6 months of repetition When it comes to physical things (ex: throwing a ball) this hard-wiring is mostly done in the cerebellum All the other advice is sound scientifically speaking

I love how video explains this difficult topic scientifically but so simple, that is available and understandable to almost everyone, even children Muscle memory is something I have experienced many times Even when solving a math problem, sometimes my hand just wrote what had to be written, I know that it sounds odd Also, I don’t like taking notes with computer or laptops, because when I’m doing it on paper, I remember the material better and longer
