I got hit by car going 70ish kmh in a 50kmh area out front of my apartment going to pick up medication for my elderly parents My leg got broke in 6 places and too many fractures all over my body to even count but have pics and witnesses!!! I was kicked out of hospital the day after surgery with no meds on hand or any at all and my better half gets a call from a different surgeon than whom did my awful experienced surgery saying they made a big mistake and for me to go back just to get released not once but three times!! This is not protocol that I am supposed to have as a Canadian citizen!!! One that was just leaving town for a job that I was making 30$ , overtime 60$ for!!!!! I'd have thought it would be more I make about $120k and I'm just in a construction management jobI can't afford a house, barely even an apartment in BC (near Vancouver) - SO a lot of lawyers don't make much more than me! Depressing to think that even some lawyers who put all the work into study, couldn't afford an average house here toosomething's seriously wrongbrAlso, I know a lawyer in BC who fights insurance companies and he earns $500/hr I'm reliably told by a mutual friend He owns several homes and even a home in his wife's home country A friend said his wife spent $1,000 on hanging baskets around their home once LOL (maybe that's per weekbut a lot for even a once off) Comment from : @AMindInOverdrive |
