My 105 year old daughter is a rockershe's been listening to bands she's seen on my shirts lately like the misfits, the clash, nirvana, etc And asking a bunch of questions She's interested in guitar and I think I'm gonna get her this amp and the pink Harley Benton telecaster, because she's left handed and unfortunately there's no shorter scale left handed cool guitars There's the mini strat but only comes in black in lefty Squier is truly missing a whole demographic, even if they only released 50-100 lefties per model they release, that would at least help out and especially on the second hand market The tele isn't short scale per se, but it's smaller body and thin neck will work well with her lanky arms and smaller hands! I have the 15w and it's one of the most fantastic amps I've ever owned I bought this one as well, but I play country primarily and I could NOT get a decent clean There's very little to tweak, I considered changing preamp tube to like ay or at7 but adding the fact it has no reverb, bleh I had got this one on a flash sale for $90, & managed to trade for a bugera 5w infinium(one of the improved, nonfirestarter models) w reverb It's wo question THE BEST all around 5w budget amp out there I'm a paramedic, and any (if any😖🥱) downtime I have is spent w a guitar in my bunk room Minimizing what I carry to and from work was a must I've always been a tube snob (I'm seeking counseling) and for a long time this has been my tote rig I recently had to replace the tubes in the infinium, and stumbled on a steal for a Mustang I have to admit, i haven't bothered dragging the bugera back out since Considering doing an upgrade project, at least a speaker or an ext Cab perhaps Love your channel Landon Thanks for the laughs and the gear whoring, 😂🤣 Comment from : @toddwilliams4442

I just picked up one of these locally for $85 used, in as new condition brReally nice little amp its got a solid tube tone and I think it does sound maybe a bit better with Singles Vs Humbuckers but its fine regardlessbrbrPlug in a nice P90 guitar and it howls nicely FWIW, 5 watts is not Quiet lol and the 1 watt mode is still loud enough to hear well and annoy the neighbors if you have a cpl windows open Comment from : @RaptorV1USA

So yeah I've been using this little guy for some time and I have some comments:brbr1- power switch is useless, is actually just an input cut, so you don't actually cut the power of the amp, just lower the input volume, you can achieve the same with the guitar volumebr2- I took the half cab lid from behind and it helps with the muddy bass, the open cabinet worked miles better for me, you should try itbr3- It shines on the edge of breakup, high gain it gets a bit muddy, but at the edge, boosted with an overdrive or a clean boost, it is wonderfulbr4- A bit of reverb goes a long way with it, it does sound a bit lifeless drybrbrI use this as my main practice amp, even though I do have a interface and a Marshall with powercut, but love this little guy Comment from : @Fernando-ry5qt

It really emulates the Fender Champ well Although! I think you may like a little 1watt amp I found The Supro Delta king 8 You can get an open box price or even a demo for under $325 No reverb or Trem, but it is a blues and rock machine I got the black with creme stripes They have the blonde with black stripes and gold flakes 8" speaker and it is absolutely inspiring! Think Led Zep, ZZ TOP, Chicago Blues, etc It has a very great, and i do mean great sound with Telecasters I literally put my Strat on the side to play my Telecaster!
