The tutorial is wonderful and cleared up many questions! Thank you! I am new to WW and I am confused on calculating points For ex Brussels sprouts are on the blue zero points list but when I scanned fresh Brussels sprouts or enter the nutritional value for fresh Brussels sprouts in the calculator, it tells me 1 pt for 1/2 cup I have found several items like this Corn, edamame, broccoli are all on the zero points list but when the nutritional values are entered, even for fresh, it comes up with points Could you please clarify this? Watching this now! brI used your link a month ago and promised if I stuck to it for at least a month I would keep it up Down 10 pounds and I’m determined this time Just had my third baby boy and I’m breastfeeding and it gives me 50 points and in the beginning I didn’t know how easy it was to run through the points but I’ve finally got it down to where I don’t eat the full 50!
