This seems like an amazing option for my home built in 1950 with no crawlspace or attic (flat roof) We went "airtight" with spray in cellulose insulation a few years ago, and now that we have done so the air in our house is so stagnant is has caused health problems for me, I am in the process of installing ductless mini splits from Mr Cool but I read that the mini split does not exchange the air like a central HVAC system does I'm still confused why it doesn't, given there is a large outdoor unit with a giant fan you would think it would be doing air exchange Is there a reason why these units can't perform fresh air exchange, or is it just a lack of evolution in the technology?

I am seriously eyeing a Lunos for our detached garage office It's the perfect solution since we have no need for ducting out here My friends don't believe me when I tell them a single unit manages moisture, ventilation, and even minor heating/cooling I've heard good things from at least one friend who installed a pair, but if anyone has a story to tell please let me know!
