I believe Rolex stays relevant, not due to scarcity, but it remains luxury, and also, ADs aren't allowed to discount the watches, they are high quality, well made, they have great product placement, and they aren't so expensive that one can be purchased/obtained with a little patience and hardwork, which makes it a great anniversary gift, or achievement piece
