What about greed What about mortgage fraud Majority of the people buying property are getting approved fraudulently Just pay 2 of the value of the house and get approved Back in the day people used to move from bigger cities to smaller cities as houses used to be cheaper Since Trudeau came we have consistently gone down the hill I just wish that the government was more hands on and actually looked into what was going on All they had to do was to not approve anyone till they received income confirmation from CRA simple as that You need over 200,000 income to get approved for 800K How many people here are making that much?

LTB is a total joke, as it was setup to protect Tenant and will take you one year to evict a non-paying tenantaverage rental debt for a non-paying tenant is $16000, and this grows 27 year of year the odds for landlord to recover rental debt is only 3 In Ontario, they are $247 Million rental debt right now reported to Openroom, the actually number definitely is lot higher Canada is getting poorer
