I asked for an SAR from debt recovery plus months ago and I've found out by law that they only have 1 month to send me this info I only recieved 1 letter for failure to validate a parking fine even after speaking to McDonald's head office as it was their car park and they laughed their heads off about it McDonald's said I should've never received a fine Debt recovery plus are the absolute worst company ever

i'm a late comer Did anything happen with this? I've just e-mailed them the same thing trying to charge me £150 without any evidence attached or anything I always park in a parking space at the shopping centre I told them you have provided me with no evidence of this and I wish to receive no further communication from your company

I've managed to get 4 tickets with smart parking lol my car is through mobility their signage is not in good view when driving in I displayed blue badge on one ticket on another occasion I was there five mins cos I realised the shop was closed what happened to grace time

NCP ,DRP and Wright Hassle solicitors have been onto me for 10 months now with letters and phone calls dailythey dont have my full details so cannot proceed furtherdespite the numerous threatshaha 1 up for the drivers

hi you do realise the dvla are also on this scam of acting in association as they have a ms90 clause which may not surprise us all that they will back up those that pay a fee to them i e all these corps ! in usa they are revoking licences to entrap non paying toll and driving fines there trying all sorts in there last stance as our knowledge is outstripping there 1000 years of deception cestui que vie act 1666 1540 and way back to nero and rome burning the evilest sect on this planet the vatican
