These are basically the exact same questions I ask myself when I take a loss Almost every time, there is a lack of proper entry signal or low quality entry price, and this led to a loss (either because the market was not ready - therefore no signal, or because the lower quality price caused me to overmanage the trade or exit prematurely)

I just had a $1550 Loss on just the capital of $110, I didn't put an SL and even though the market was bullish, I still shorted it in hopes that it will eventually come down but it didn't I'm so depressed right now, not because I lost my money( I know I will recover it gradually) but because of this my parents suffered too and I was so helpless I'm really stressed about this right now, having breakdowns and can't even think straight It was a bad loss for sure

I blew up my $300 account I broke all my rules No SL, I risked more than I was supposed to, I kept revenging the trade that I lost increasing the lot size and I kept losing, I overtraded, I started taking random trades to make up the lost ones with big lot sizes, chasing the market and so onin fact, I did all the things I wrote down in my rules that I shouldn't do, because I wanted to revenge the trades that I lost I messed up I learned my lesson today Never again will I break my rules Game on, let's start again
