Last week i just did some clinicals at OR, i was asked to do the scruband got to experience to work beside the surgeon while they are working on putting a metal in the pt's femur, CS and lapa chole, as well as phcoemulsification 😍 im 4th year here in the Philippines And love all the hands on experience

I have been depressed for this last 8 weeks Our courses are 8weeks long for all programs within the college I felt like it was disorganized, but did not say anything They really did not have our clinical experience set up until the course started I felt like I could not ask my instructor anything, and she seemed to want us to know everything without instruction I use to love my school and felt like I could trust them until this last 8 weeks

I am currently working on my pre reqs to at least apply for the program at my school and if I take a spring class (a hard class which will be accelerated because the spring semester is so short), I will be able to apply to the program in the fall for next winter I'm not sure if it is going to work that way but I will see if I'm ready to take the spring class after this upcoming winter semester I'm kind of scared since I can't verbally speak very well (talking too fast, weird grammar) but I'm gaining more confidence over time and it makes me excited

So what do you do as a student when you are assigned to a nurse that doesn’t want a student to shadow them? I personally think it will make the student feel like they are walking on pins and needles, and feel very uncomfortable

If you get to see a bed side trach/procedure and the physician set up a sterile field and put on her sterile gown, bDon't walk between the physician and the sterile field/bbrThis one RN pissed off the physician A student would 100 be kicked out
