Organizational culture is ridiculous Listen just give me a job, tell me what to do, and i will do it for a priceI will be nice and respectful to others, and they will be nice and respectful to me, and that is that Hopefully I can work it from home, so that I don't have to physically see any of them too, because frankly I don't believe it adds any value No I don't want to go out for drinks after work -- I have a family and much rather be with them, and I have 0 interest in chit-chatting because it does not give me any moneyary value No,I don't want to feel guilty for not going out for drinks after work, which is what the great 'culture' bs that organizations try to pull ends up causing
