I'm a carer and I had to provide bank statements I was called by someone who couldn't speak English I was asked why do I have regular payments coming out each month to TFL The person from the DWP didn't even know what TFL was It's worrying that people who can not speak English and also have a low IQ are able to read your private bank statements Shameful
